Refunds on Digital Services

Due to the nature of the digital services provided through 3NJ-SMM Store, such as social media followers, likes, views etc., all sales for these services are final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for completed digital orders as we cannot retract services once provided.

Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions

If you have signed up for a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel and request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription billing date. Any payment already made for the current billing cycle will be refunded in full. However, after the 7 day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Refunds on Unused Account Credits

If you delete your 3NJ-SMM Store account, any remaining account credits will be refunded to you. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit refund to process.

How Refunds Are Issued

Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For most purchases, refunds will be issued to the payment card used for the transaction.
